  • Miller sees Joey teething, and putting things in his mouth

  • Andy says to Brett that they would be more comfortable with someone else

  • Miller sees Hillary open up Princess Beads on her birthday

  • Miller babysits twice between the party and August 8, 2009

  • Babysits Joey second time in that time period

  • Joey puts some rikngs into his mouth and spits them out

  • 5:00 Andy returns home from work

  • Miller is asked to babysit the kids

  • Miller shows up at the apartmnent at 10:00am

  • Andy leaves at 11:00 am

  • Brett begins to make Joey lunch at 12:00am

  • Joey claims he does not feel good

    • does not give an exact time.

  • Brett notices the only objects he saw was the remote control, and Hillary's Princess Beads

  • Brett notices about 50 Princess Beads we loose on the table.

  • Brett claims he did not see Joey swollow any beads

  • Brett goes to Polk General Hospital

    ** Brett wakes up Hillary and takes her and Joey to the hospital to see what is wrong with Joey.

  • Joey begins to shake violently and throughs up

  • Doctor sees that Joey has swollowed at least 25 rings, by looking in his vomit

  • Doctors tried to wake Joey up, but he stayed asleep

  • Andy arrives at the hospital

    ** At 1:30 pm Andy arrives at the hospital

  • Dr. Chase Tuchmount shows the beads from Joey's stomach contents

  • Dr. Chase Tuchmount says that Joey has just died

    ** Around 2:00 pm

  • Brett Miller takes classe at Midlands University

  • Bret comes back into the living room at 12:10am

    Joey is laying on the floor next to the coffee table, on his side facing Brett. Joeys eyes are open but glazed over.
