    Left my family and friends in Ontario on a one-year plan to make some money in Alberta.

  • Met Rachel

    I met my wife, and my temporary plans in Alberta ended.

  • Left the Oilfield

    Rachel and I decided we wanted to have kids, so I left my oilfield job.

  • Maskwacis

    Volunteered as a reading assist at Maskwacis where my wife teaches. Transitioned into a paid EA role.

  • RDC

    Loved working with the kids at Maskwacis, so I decided to go back to school for my Bachelor of Education.
