  • Referral Meeting

    A meeting must be held within 15 days of receiving a referral.

  • Evaluations

    Evaluations must be done within 45 days of request.

  • Individualized Edcuation Program

    An Individualized Education Program or IEP must be developed within 30 days of a decision that a student is eligible for special education.

  • IEP Team Meeting

    If a team meeting is requested then it must take place within 21 days. The student is placed in an appropriate classroom.

  • Annual Review

    IEP teams must meet annually to review and update a student's program.
