Early Years

  • Right or Left Handed

    A child will become more dominantly left or right handed. This will help in the phsyical development such as throwing a ball or language skills for writing letters.
  • Social Development

    The child now will demonstrate the ability to share more often than others. As well as learning how to please others and will be more eager to follow rules.
  • Cognitive Development

    Will begin to fantasize more than before. Begin to memorize certain numbers, usually up to a hundred. Also, has a better recognition of time and ways to solve certain problems.
  • Communication

    Able to understand how things such as longer/shorter taller/shorter. Can also begin to speak in more complex sentences such as being grammatically correct.
