They had a lot of power and, they could sentenced to death. C. This form lost its power when the aristocats knew they were too powerful to be under the monarch. This failed because people thought it was unfair. The aristocats were associated with the monarchs. D. Sweeden has monarchy to this day.

    Oligarchy
    A. This was under control of a small group of men. B. The oligarchs ignored the peoples requests. They would pass rules that only increased their wealth. C. This ended when the oligarchs became richer and richer and the poor became more poor and more poor. The soldiers were associated with the poor. D. China uses this kind of goverment.

    A. This form of goverment was controlled by the hands of one person. B. Tyrants made rules that changed the lives of poor. Some canceled the debt of farmers. C. Hippias rule became more harsh so, the people drove him out from power. D. Tyranny is still used in Germany
