Demi's first time on BarneyWhen Demi was 5 she tried out for Barney and Friends but got rejected because she couldn't read the script but that didn't stop her. Three years later she she tried out again and she made it on the show! Became best friends with Selena. -

One the same day Demi got the lead role in the Disney channel movie "Camp Rock" and Disney channel TV show "Sonny with a Chance" -
Bullied lead to Homeschool
In 6th grade Demi was bullied for her weight, kids broke her demo Cd's and also sent her mean texts. After that she talked to her mom about being home schooled and they both agreed it would be the best things for her and In 2009 Demi received her diploma! -
Rehab
Around August, 2010 Demi decided to check herself into rehab in Lemont, IL. With all of the stress she was going though she kept lashing out in wrong ways. She came out and told people she started using drugs, struggled eating disorder, self harming. -
Skyscraper

Demi released "Skyscraper" on July 12, 2011. This song was extremely personal for the young singer. She references herself to a skyscraper rising from the ground. She also won the People's Choice Award in 2012.
