CRT Computer Storing Device
Was invented by F.C. Willams. Stands for cathode-ray tube. This invention is importaint because it was the forerunner to RAM. (note: Day and month are not correct in the date.) -
The Keyboard And Screen
This was thought of by Douglas Engelbart. He wanted to use a screen and keyboard instead of puchcards to display information. He never acctually build, he just theorises. This is importaint becasue it had lead to computers today. (note: The day and month in the date are incorrect.) -
Silicon Chip
Was invented by the US Jack Kilby and Robert Noyce. This was the first integrated circut. This is importaint because we still use this invention today. -
The Mouse
The first mouse was invented by Douglas Engelbart. He invented and parented the first computer mouse. It was called a mouse because of the "tail" coming out the end. This is imortaint because we still use this technology today. -
Word Processor
IBM came out with a new word processor. This is importaint because we still use this today and without this invention we would still be nowhere in computer technoology. (note: Day and month in date are not correct.) -
Floppy Disks
IMB invented the first flopppy disk. This is importaint because we have build so much technology off of this device. Without it we would not have a CD or hard dirve. (note: Day and month in date are not correct.) -
RAM
Intel invented the worlds first dtnamic RAM and microprocessor. This was called the Intel 4004. The added bonus was that it was available to everyone. This is importaint because without it we would not have computers. This in my opinion is one of the most importaint parts of the computer. (note: Day and month in date are not correct.) -
E-mail
E-mail is importaint because it is a valid and well used part of business and school today. This was invented by Ray Tomlinson.(note: Day in date is not correct.) -
Apple
Apple computers were invented bny Steve Wozniak and Steve jobs. This is importaint because Apple computers are one of the two major computer producing compainies. People all over the world use Apple.
