    Napier's bones was a device used to multiply and divide. It was made out of slips of ivory and was marked into sections with digits.

    Galileo's telescope was made in 1647 and could magnify things up to 20 times which let him see the moon, Jupiters 4 satilites, and a supernova.

    Joseph-Marie Jacquard made an automatic loom controlled by punched cards.

    The Analytical Engine was an idea invented it wasn't actually made untill the 1940's. The idea was the first general-purpose computer.
