Through December 21st. Sherman led his troops from the captured city of Atlanta. He destroyed many of the military targets behind enemy lines.

Lincoln represented a large amount of the people fighting for slaves' rights. If he would've stayed alive he probably would've given freed slaves full US citizenship rights. One of the many reasons he was assinated.
