    In 1919 the treaty of Versailes was created as a peace treaty to end WW1, Germany was forced into signing the treaty, the treaty of Versailes indicated that Germany were restricted in there army force (they could only have 100,000 soldiers, Germany had to give France free lifestock and were required to pay 6,600,000,000 pounds in reparations from WW1.     In 1934 president Hinenberg passed away, leaving Hitler as the supreme leader of Germany ‘fuhrer’. Hitler began to make the Nuremburg rally, which would see many Germans obtain a job after months of unemployment.

    1938 saw the appeasement in Munich be made, Britain thought this would stop Hitler from starting another war if they let him have the land that he took from the Sudentenland, as long as he didn’t take anymore.

    In 1939 Hitler ignores Britain and France (goes against the appeasement) takes over the rest of Czechoslovakia, this is the main reason why the war had started. Everyone sees Germany as a huge threat as they continue to conquer land.

    In 1939 the non-aggression pact was signed by both Germany and Russia Nazi-Soviet Non-Aggression Pact, which guaranteed that they would not attack each other. By signing this pact, Germany had protected itself from having to fight a two-front war in the soon-to-begin WW2: the Soviet Union was awarded land, including parts of Poland, The pact was soon broken by Germany when they attacked the soviet union.
