When Italy conquered Ethiopia it helped to cause World War II because the Ethiopian leader gave the League of Nations multiple warnings that Italy was attacking them and they needed assistance. The League did nothing to help and Italy conquered Ethiopia making the trust of the League of Nations plummet to a new low and now many nations have no fear of the League because they have proven to do nothing when a nation is in need of assistance. -

The Spanish Civil War was a cause of World War II because the rightists and the leftists were against one another and a war broke out in which the other nations decided to help. Multiple citizens died and it sparked a sense of nationalism in the Spanish citizens and then Germany and Russia supported the different sides of the civil war creating a further divide between the two powerful nations. -
Japanese troops invade China
The Japanese invasion of China lead to World War II because Japan had previously taken Manchuria and made it an independent state, angering the Chinese into complaining to the League of Nations. The League of Nations took no action and Japan continued to grow in strength and invaded China and the League of Nations did nothing to stop them, thus making this invasion the beginning of the war. -

This pact was a cause of World War II because it agreed that Germany and Russia would be able to split Poland amongst themselves even though this was in direct violation of the Treaty of Versailles.The members of the Treaty of Versailles found out about this pact and declared war on Germany, which is the start of World War II.
