    In the middle passage slaves were imported and exported within ships and cramed many slaves onto one ship,soon they got the point where they did not fit but forced and pushed onto ship anyways.Many slaves tried attemting to escape the ship so they wont be sold.Everything was trade,dozens of slaves were forced on this ship like tiangular trade.

    The great migration was the movement six million African Americans were being forced to leave the south and sent to the north.In 1940 there were five million more sent to north.They were taken away from where they lived and work and sent to another place to start all over.

    In the 1794 the cotton gin was improved since the creation from 1793 a year later improved and caused many factories the increase the population of slaves and the gin was largest industrial invention.The cotton gin was made for making fabric-like material.Slaves were put hard at work to take out seeds and get the cotton ready for what its used for and usually all this took slaves a very long time.

    The seneca falls convention was the first womens convention in New York that was about their rights and what was right and wrong about the way they were treated by their husbands.In this convention there was also men there that knew the way that they were treated and found it wrong.

    Harriet tubman was a slave herself but escaped.She was on a mission to go to canada where it was a slave free place and had to travel with a group who were very close to giving but Tubman kept telling stories to try to keep them going.Along the journey they searched for her as she was a wanted slave.Through all the walking she stopped at people houses where they stayed. They later on made it to canada.

    John Brown was an abolitionist.He was very against slavery and the way he wanted to stop it was going against the army with his five sons they were their own army.Brown believed God was telling him that this was his destiny was abolish slavery.Along this journey of ending slavery Browns Five sons were killed while fighting.Once they caught Brown he was sent death penalty of being hung.after all this he made a huge difference for slaves and now seeing as he attemted to save them.
