  • Battle of First Bull Run/First Manassas

Battle of First Bull Run/First Manassas
There was a canon shooting cannonballs. This was a bloody battle. The men cried in fear, while there were men cheering. The Union men cheered as they thought it was a quick victorious victory. But as the Confederate men ran, there was a man. "Still as a stonewall." A general discribed. The Union were confused. Soon, the Confederates did the "Rebel call" and scared the Union away. This was the first but not the only Confederate victory.

    Second Battle of Bull Run/Manassas
General John Pope say an eerie glow outside. The Confederates were coming but his army wasn't ready yet! Then a cannonball shot out of a cannon. Screaming, and terror took his hope away. The Confederates had one of the best generals of America! How would he defeat them? Days past as they fought and fought, but they were all tired. Apparently, too much men were wounded for the Union. This was a smashing victory for the Confederates. Another disappointment for the Union.
  • Battle of Fredericksburg

    Battle of Fredericksburg
The nasty war was going on for so long, so many soldiers were dead. Now that their families know, the days had became even sadder. The bloody war is still going, and both sides are really tired by now. Last night, a couple soldiers snuck away. They were going home to celebrate Christmas. The journey would be long, and they knew that, so they left early without being noticed by anyone else but me. Then a canonball shot out. Screaming, and horror filled the field. When will this war be over?

    The Assassination of Abraham Licoln
The audience aplauded. They were watching a show called "Our American Cousin". There was another huge applause with combinations of laughter. Then BOOM! Our president was gone.
Sometime earlier: The show had just begun. Our president Lincoln just arrived with his wife and a young major. The shiow began. The audience laugghed and cried and cheered. But in a moment, BOOM! The assassination had began. We all brought our president to a house. This was a sad moment. A very sad moment.
