    Battles of Lexington and Concord
    The first two wars that started the American Revolution. The first one in Lexington in which the first bullet was shot and famously called "the shot heard round the world" and started
    the war.The Americans had to retreat from lexington to Concord since they couldn't take the british army but the British were forced to retreat once they reached Concord yet that the Americans were now prepared.
  • Battle Of Bunker Hill

    Battle Of Bunker Hill
    Battle fought near Boston Massachusetts in which the British won after the Americans ran out of ammunition on the third attack. Although the British won they had many losses which gave encouragement to the growing rejection of the British rule.

    Considered the founding the document of the United States Of America. It was written by thomas Jefferson and signed by the president John Hancock. This document declared that the Thirteen Colonies were no longer part of the British Empire but free and indenpendent states.

    An attack from the American army lead by George Washington in which the army crossed the delaware river in a snow storm killing over one hundred and taking another thousand british and Hessian soldiers prisoners. This resulted in a major boost for the American war effort. No American was killed because the British army was caught slepping.

    A combined assault between the French Navy and the US army against the british army led by General Lord Cornwallis. 8,000 British troops were forced to surrender after they realized their defeat was certain This was the last major batle of the American Revolution.
  • The Treaty of Paris

    The Document that ended the American Revolutionary War and officially recognized American Independence.
