    *To fix this, he decided to seize the Charlestown peninsula across the harbor
    *The American troops consisting of about 1,500 men took over Bunker and Breed's Hill on the peninsula.
    *The American Army ran out of ammunition, forcing them to retreat
  • Battle of Long Island
