    It all started with tension between the French and British when colonists started settling west of the Appilachian Mountains. The colonists sent to George Washinton to build a fort in present day Pittsburg, whuich was won from the British in battle against the French.
    This led to the American Revolution because it started the FIW and if it hadn't started, then we wouldn't have had so much debt.

    The battle of Quebec was a major turning point in the war that lead Britain to victory. This helped fuel the American Revolution because we had a lot of debt afterwards that led to higher taxes and anger of the colonists.

    This was a law that made sure the colonists would settle west of the Appilation Mountains.
    This helped fuel the Revolutionary War because it made the colonists angry.
  • Stamp Act

    Stamp Act This was Parliament's first serious attempt to efforce laws on the colonists. It made sure that people carried a stamp on all of the goods that they bought and they were changed tax for it.
    This boosted the Revolutionary War because it made the colonists angry that they didn't have a say in it.

    This was a series of laws passed by Parliment that included the Revenue Act, Idemnity act, and the Court Act.
    This made colonists very angry about haveing no say in these new laws.
  • Boston Massacre

    This happened when British soldiers fired into a riot and killed 5 people. They were seen as murderers, and the people killed were heroes.
    This fueled the Revolutionary War by making the colonists loathe the British and saw them as if they were evil.

    The tea act was made after the stamp act to pay off Egland debt of the French and Indian War. It put a tax on all tea products.
    This made the colonists mad because the, again, had no say in it.
  • Boston Tea Party

    A group of colonists dressed as Indians and went to the Boston Harbor. They boarded several ships and dumped all of the tea off the the ship. This was a hate act against the Tea Act.
    This led to the Revolutionary War because is was one of the major times the colonists acted negatively against it.

    This led to the Revoluutuionary War because it made the colonists very angry they again didn't have a say.
  • The Battle of Lexington and Concord

    This battle started the Roevolution. It took place in Lexington, Massachusetts. A British general wanted 700 soldiers to go and destory guns in Concord, Massachuseets that were made by colonists. This is the battle with the famous line, "The British are comg! The British are comng!"
    This fueled the Revoultionary war because it was the first battle.

    This was statement saying the 13 colonies were independent from Britian during the Revolutionary War.
    This fueled the Revolutioanary War because the colonists delclared their independnce.
