The Circle Fades
The circle which is our logo for the digipak etc will be the first thing that we see on screen, in faded pink and an example of synergy between our media products. -
Band
The first shot will be of the band setting up and then the drums as they come in with the instrumental, before the lead singer sings -
Tim/Main Artist/Singer
The first actual shot when the lyrics start is going to be of Tim, a close up and then several mid shots of him singing -
Kon/Angel/Narrative
We've established that every time the lyrics "Yeah, if you wanna find love then you know where the city is" is when the narrative will be on screen - this is relevant because the footage will be of Kon walking through the city and it will also establish who she is - the fact that she's walking alone through the city establishes her independence and that she doesn't 'need' the love she's found in the city -
Monologue
The monologue will now be at the end. We're going to re-write it so that it's in Tim's perspective and so it sounds as if he's talking about the girl (Kon) who is seen throughout the video in the narrative. The monologue will unite them and explain more explicitly the link between them both and how he's longing for her to love him back. We've decided that this makes more sense than somebody who appears in the narrative to be voicing the monologue, which is confusing
