    Boston Massacre
    British Regulars fire on a mob and kill 5 people.
  • Battle of Lexington and Concord

    Battle of Lexington and Concord
    British Regulars were ordered to find and destroy American supplies at Concord. Shots were fired at Lexington but the miltia were outnumbered and fell back. Miltia defeated the Regulars on North Bridge and the Regulars fell back and were fired upon until they returned to their base.

    Battle of Bunker Hill
    American Leaders sieging on Bunker Hill discover that there was a British force planning to seize the hills. They sent of force of milita under William Presscott to defend Bunker Hill. The miltia withdrew only when they ran out of ammo. The battle was actually fought on Breeds hill.

    The Siging of the Declaration of Independnce Sigining
    The Declaration of Independence was signed by the Founding Fathers. It offically declared that the United States of America was its' own separate country.

    The Continentel Army crossed the frozen Delaware River in one of the most meomarable paintings in American history, to attack German Mercanarys working for the British. The Americans acheived suprise and drove the Germans back.
  • Battle of Princeton

    Washington attacked the British force in and around Princeton and his troops fought and then ran away from the fight until he reinforced them and drove the British back to Trenton.
  • Battle of Saratoga

    Battle that decided the fate of the British Army under Burgoyne. The British lost.
  • Valley Forge

    With winter coming Washington had to find a place to set up a winter camp. He chose Valley Forge because it was located near the sight of his last fight and because it was near the British Army.
  • Battle of Yorktown

    The battle that pretty much ended the American Revolutinary War. The French and the Americans besieged Cornwallis Army, which was in and around Yorktown. The French cut off supplies by sea while ther Americans and some French besieged the Cornwallis' Army. The Continetnal Army defeated the British on land while the French Navy defeated a British rescue attempt on the sea

    The Treaty of Paris ended the Revolutionary War and forced the King of Britian to accept the United States of America as a country.
