Jewish can to U.S because they wanted a better life. Also, they were very smart and they wanted to get a good education. Alot of Jewish people were rich. When they came to the U.S they bought physics. They had social sciences. Albert Einstein even made a atomic bomb. -
The Star Spangled Banner
In 1931, the flags name had already been adpted as such by the army and navy. But Dr. William Beanes burned the flag, he than wrote a poem to the flag. He named it "Defense off Fort M'Henry". Than the name was changed again, it offically made the national anthem by congress. They name it The Star Spangled Banner. -

The Great Depression
In 1930 the Depression began. Over 1,000 families were losing there families per day. 1,000 banks went out of business. 12 million Americans lost there jobs. Depression lead Americans to live in Hoovervilles. Also, they begged people for food or they either got in from trash cans. Homeless in America became a major promblem. -
Dust Bowl
In 1934 the Dust Bowl began. The problem began during World War I. The Dust Bowl was know as the "dusters" or Blak blizzards'. It started affecting U.S crops and pasture lands were ruined by harsh storms. It was phenomenon been virtually eliminated. -
