Exposition 1-backround
Capricorn anderson lives in garland, an alternative farm for hippies. Capricorn lives with his grandma, rain. His parents are both dead. Rain rakes her leg and Cap needs a place to live. -
Exposition 2-Setting
The book starts off at garland farm. Then it moves to C average middle school. Also Capricorn now lives with the donnell's -
Exposition 3-Characters
Rain, she is the creator of garland and Caps grandma. Capricorn, The school president, also the on every one didnt like. Hugh, he was Caps only real friend when every one picked on him. Sophie, she is Ms. donnelly's daughter and lives with Cap. Zack, the most popular kid in school, the leader of the prank on Cap. -
Rising action, conflict
Cap first enrolls in C average middle school and all the bullys see him as their first target to make fun of. they plan to make him school president. This is supposed to make him freak out. -
Rising action 2
At Ms. Donnelly's house Sophie doesnt like cap and doesnt want anything to do with him. Ms. Donnelly feels bad for Cap. -
Rising action 1
Cap doesn't like the new school and he doesn't understand why people act the way they do. There was a fight d Cap is used to non-violence. -
Rising action 3
Once Cap is elected president, people put fake requests for Cap to ask the principle. Like a bull fighting ring in the parking lot. Also kids tell him the wring rooms to go to for meetings. -
Rising action 4
Sophie doesn't like anything Cap does, she takes his way of life as an insult. Cap is nice to sophie but she still treats him bad. Like when he would do ti chi in the morning she poored water on his head. -
Rising action 5
Cap found out that sophie's dad bailed on her driving lessons. So Cap wants to do some thing nice for her but he doesn't know what. So cap takes her on a driving lesson with Sophie's Mom's car. they crash into some ones yard and Cap takes over driving. -
Climax
On the bus ride home' kids were making fun of Cap when the bus driver had a heart attack. Cap went to the driver seat to drive the bus to the hospital. The police came once Cap got to the hospital. Many kids started saying that Cap is a hero and he should be free. -
Falling action 1
After cap drove the bus, many started to like him and respect him more. -
Falling action 2
Instead of doing tai chi at sophies house, Cap does it at the school and some join in instead of making fun of him. -
Falling action 3
Cap and Hugh good friends. Cap taught Hugh how to tie dye and almost all of the eith grade was there to get out of class. -
Falling action 4
Many kids are coming up to Cap about the halloween dance. They ae giving him ideas about what to do. Like roll out ovens so kids could cook their own pizza. -
Resotion 1
Rains leg got better and Cap could see her again. -
Resolution 2
The dance was okay and Cap didn't go over budget. Also he was fine when he was tackled at the pep rally. -
Resolution 3
Cap was out of school back with Rain. When he was walking to a gas station he found Sophie driving'she got her liscence.
