I think investigating with the oblique light will help us find clues because the light could locate objects that normal lights couldn't. -

a room that can be darkened
sticky notes in two colors

procedure
- Go to a room that has blinds or curtainsand can be darkened later in the experiment. With normal overhead lighting, carefully search a small section of the floor for footprints. If you see a footprint, place a sticky note becide it.
