The history of Learning Centre - ILC- By virgilombardi Feb 10, 1983 ILC opened it doors for the first time Feb 15, 1983 First student enrolled Mar 7, 1983 Classes started with 60 students divided into 8 groups and 2 teachers in charge Jul 20, 1983 first exams were taken Dec 15, 1983 First end of the year party- End of the year with 95 students Aug 1, 1984 new premises were bought Sep 6, 1984 Refurbishing of new premises was started Dec 1, 1984 enrolmentos for 1985 were opened in the new premises- Chilavert 6714- first floor. Mar 4, 1985 Classes started in the new premises with 120 students- 2 teachers and 2 classrooms. Mar 4, 1986 a new classroom was opened and 2 new teachers recruited- 150 students were enrolled Aug 1, 1986 a video player and a TV were bought- Video sessions were added to classes Mar 3, 1987 2 new classrooms were opened and the computer lab settled Mar 4, 1987 The institute had 200 students enrolled Dec 20, 1988 the school year finished with 250 students another classroom and a mini lab. Aug 4, 1989 New premises were bought Feb 4, 1990 We moved into the new premises- 4 classrooms, 2 video rooms and a mini lab. Jan 4, 1995 We travelled to England for the first time Jan 4, 1996 The school started business with Embassy CES and took the first group of students to Brighton Mar 4, 1997 2 new classroome were opened and the computer lab settled Sep 21, 1999 The school started to participate in FAAPI events and Vic Richardson from Embassy visited us for the first time Sep 20, 2003 Adrian Underhill from Embassy delivered the first talk in the open Ceremony in FAAPI- Salta Nov 4, 2008 The school celebrated its 25th Birthday with 350 students- 10 teachers and.. a secretary
