The First Telephone
The first and original telephone was created by Alexander Graham Bell. It was first used when Alexander and his assistant Thomas Watson were going to test it when Alexander spilled some battery acid on himself and he yelled into the telephone. His assistant heard him through the telephone and the invention was a great success! -
The Early Telephone
This is one of the early telephones. This was back when you had to ask the operator if you wanted to talk. And if some one did call you directly you would have no idea who it was. This telephone was used between 1900-1930. -
The 50's Telephone
The 50's telephone! Personally one of my favorite designs of the phone. This was a rather nice design for the 50's. -
The Early Mobile Phone
This is one of the first mobile phones. It was used mostly in the 80's time period. Dr. Martin Cooper made the first call on a mobile phone. It has a very big and bulky design, unliked the sleek design of todays mobile phone. -

The Current Phone
The current phone has majorly advanced since the original. It is now mobile and you can do more than talk on it. Some are touch screen so they do not have buttons. The iPhone, to the left, is one of the most current phones available.
