    20th century music is one of the hardest to pinpoint one specific genre because of the many different styles written during this time. For example: ragtime, impressionism, neo-classicism, etc. To talk about one of them, neo-classicism was popularized from 1910-20s. This style of music was bringing back the style of Johann Sebastian Bach and other artists from the classical/baroque time period.
