The meaning of stamp act os an act required colonists to pay for an official stamp, instead of stealing the stamp. The taxes have to be paid for legal documents, licenses, newspapers, and more. If colonist refused to stamp they have to go to jail straight after they make their choice. -

If Bill did not make the Bill of rights as our laws in America, we would not have that great laws. The Bill of Rights has given us a Constitution. They help us get new laws, and make our country better, and safer.
