    Cp2: He was finding a new sea route to Asia when he has found new land. He was thinking he had landed in Asia, but he had landed in the Bahamas. He collected gold, exotic plants, and animals. He didn't know he landed in America until he died.

    cp2:more than one million enslaved Africans were brought to the Spanish and Portuguese colonies over the next century.The Dutch and English then became active in the slave trade as well.Slaves were packed in cargo ships through the middle passage.

    cp:2 Hernan Cortez leaves cuba to sail to present day Mexico.Moctezuma,who ruled the Aztec empire was in height in the early 1500s.Hearing about the empire, Herman Cortez went there and took Moctezuma as a prisoner and took controll of the capital, Tenochtitlan. Eventually, Tenochtitlan was destroyed and Moctezuma was killed.

The act required colonists to pay for a seal or a stamp when they brought in paper items.However, this tax sparked protest almost immediately, and businesses ignored this law and refused to buy stamps.The stamp act was repealed in 1766.
