    The Berlin wall was created to separate east Germany from west Germany. The began to crumble and evidently fell allowing all citizens to travel freely.

    The Cold War ended by the disbandment of the Soviet Union without violence.

  • U.S.S.R. Collapses

    The U.S.S.R. collapses, officially marking the end of the Cold War between the Soviet Union and the United States.

  • Bombing of The World Trade center

    A bomb explodes on the second subterranean level of Vista Hotel's public parking garage, below the 2 World Trade Center building. This was the first terrorist attack seen.

    This is when terrorist took over several U.S. airplanes and flew them straight into the twin towers in New York.
