    He made attempts to define the role of french Canadians in the Federal State and also worked to define Canadas relations with Great Britan. Thanks to his many accoplishments he was nighted in 1987.

    Saskatchewan offically became a province on Sept.1,1905 , with the passing of the Saskatchewan Act. Its offical inauguration day was not till Sept.4,1905.
