    New York was a very popular place. One of the reasons that it was so popular is because lots of peple traded there. There was also a lot of people that wasdifferent kinds of races.
  • South Carolina

    South Carolina was named after King Charles the first. Its captol city is Colombia.
  • Delaware

    Delawares Capitol city is Denver. Denver was named after early Virginia governors, Lord de la warr.
  • Pennsylvania

    Pennsylvania was named after William Peen, and he was the one who founded it. The Capitol city of Pennsylvania is Harrisburg.
  • New Jersey

    New Jersey was a place almost like New York except for it was smaller. They had a lot of people that were different races. They also traded, and selled alot of goods.
  • Georgia

    On January 19, 1861 georgia joined the confederacy. One other fact about Georgia is that it was named after King George the second of England.

    Connecticut was named after the Connecticut River. Its capitol city is Hartford.
  • Massachusetts

    Massachusetts was the place where the Salem Witch trials took place. Massachusetts was named after the INdigerious population.

    Maryland was the first to enact workmans compensation laws in 1902. Maryland also gave up some of its land so that we could have Washington D.C.

    Rhode Island was a very popular place. The reason that it was popular is because you could live religious freedom. So you wouldn't have to live a certant religion. Rhode Islands capitol city is Providence.
