    Occurred in Tay Ninh Province. Purpose was to destroy Vietcong bases and headquarters in South Vietnam. Strategy the U.S. used to defeat the Vietnamese.
  • Khe Sanh Attacked by Vietcong

    Began at 5:30 am. Vietcong used shells, mortars, and rockets to attack Khe Sanh.18 troops died, 40 were wounded. Lasted for two days. Strategy of the Vietcong which caused the U.S. to suffer loss.
