    This plan was enacted to help with Germany's inflation problem and gain some stability back for the Wiemar Republic. Proposed by American, Charles Dawes, in this plan Ruhr would be returned to German control, reparations would be lowered for the first few years, and the national bank was restructured.
    This event helped shortly stabilize Germany but also caused many countries to rely on the United States, their economies became interlocked with ours.

    A large world power like France helped spread ideals of democracy. The short lived failure of this party showed the world of democracy's drawbacks as well.

    Many right wing military officials, led by General Francisco Franco, captured important cities and executed political opponents. This act was a rebellion of the newly formed republic.
    The aid received by Italy and Nazi Germany for the rebels showed the ideals of fascism having power. It also showed conflicts of having a Republic style of government.
