    In 1931 Japan was eager for he vast natural rescources in China. Japan decided to invade China and take Manchuria. It was turned into a independent state called Manchukuo. China went to the league of nations for help so they filed a Lytton report. Japan slowly keep taking China. Untill China finally started fighting back to take back there country.

The stronger jew would be taken to "gas vans" which were killing 1,000 peoplea day.

    D-Day lasted 3 mouths and 156,000 American, British,and Candian forces. Proir to D-Day they had mislead the germans about where they were and where they were going. 4,000 troops died and 1,000 were wounded or missing. By August the Germans had been removed from France. They trapped the Germans and on May 8, 1945 the Nazis had surrendered and Hitler committed suicide a week earlier.

    The Battle of Bulge was the laegest battle fought on the western front during world war two. 90,000 allies died and 100,000 germans died duriing this battle. Germany also lost 700 tanks, and 1,600 aircrafts. Germany wanted to drive a wedge between the America and British armies. The american line was 50 miles long and 70 miles deep.

    Allied troops moved across europe against the nazis they begain to find tens of thousnads of concentration camps. These prisoners were suffering fron disease and stavation. The nazis tired to cover up the concentration camps by setting them on fire but the gas chambers were left standing. The soviets liberated the largest concentration camp, Auschwitz in January 1945.

    VE Day officially announced the end of world war two in europe. On May 7, 1945 german general Jodi signed the surrender document ending war in europe.

    During world war two an american B-29 bomber dropped the worlds first deployed atomic bomb over the city of Hiroshima. The explosion wipped out 90% of the city and 80,000 were killed. Tens of thousands more later died from radition exposure. Three days later another bomb was dropped on the city of Nagasaki killing 40,000 more people. On August 15,1945 Japan announced its surrender in world war two.
