during the Spanish american war his time was mostly spent with Teddy Roosevelt and the roughriders. He went with Hobson to bottle up the harbor in Santiago. Got captured by the Spanish but easily escaped and rejoined with his old regiment and served with them until the conclusion of the affair. -

On June 28, 1914 Archduke Franz Ferdinand and his wife Sophie were assassinated and wounded by Gavrilo Princip.
When Archduke and his wife passed by a bomb hurled towards a car and bounced the folded roof and went under the wrong vehicle. -

Russia Mobilizes
