    In 1909 President Theodore Roosevelt contacted the wright brothers and made a deal with them to make airplanes for the US Army.

  • Wilbur Dies

    WIlbur died of typhoid fever on May 30th, 1912. ANd after that day Orville would never invent anything again.

  • Orville sold his share of Wright Company

    On October 15, 1915 Orville Wright sold his last share of the company. He retired and gave invention advice until his death.

    Orville is pronounced dead on January 30th, 1948.
