World War 1 ends
World War 1 ends with German defeat. Although America didn't declare war on Germany until 1917, America was involved in the war because they were supplying the allies with weapons and supplies. On November 11th the leaders of both sides had a meeting in Ferdinand Foch's railway carriage headquarters in Compeigne. The Armistice was signed at 6:00AM and they came into force five hours later. -
Germans
Germans elect Nazis making them the second largest poilitical party. One of the reasons the Nazis were elected was because Hitler had the most power. The Germans also thought that the Nazis could fix their economy. The Great Depression was also a reason why the Germans voted for the Nazi party. -
Japan invades Manchuria
Japan invaded Manchuria to get acess to their unlimited supplies of raw materials. The invasion's purpose was to create and have a protective buffer state against the Soviet Union in Siberia. Japan also invaded Siberia because America decided to stop importing the goods that they actually needed. -
Germany and Italy
Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy sign a treaty of cooperation on October 25
November 1- The Rome-Berlin Axis was announced. Germany was in no condition to fight well, because they were running out of raw materials. Germany didn't want to fight Italy, because they probably would have lost with being low on raw materials. -
Japan invades China
Japan invades China, initiating World War 2 in the Pacific. Japan invaded China because they needed China's natural resources, to help build their broken economy. -
World War ll begins when Germany invades Poland
World War 2 started because of Adolf Hitler. During World War 2 Germany invaded alot of the countries, but Poland was first. Hitler was the leader of the Germans, also known as the Nazis.Britain and France had a defensive pact on Poland, so they declared war on Germany. Britain and France promised Poland that they would help them if they got in a war. -

D-DAY
This was a major victory for the Allied Troops in World War II. Thousands of soldiers were killed in World War II. The Number of soldiers that were killed showed bravery and heroic behavior. The soldiers showed how much they cared for their country. It celebrates the soldiers in World War 2. -
Adolf Hitler commits suicide
Adolf Hitler, the dictator of Germany, commmited suicide. Hitler killed himself because Russia was out to get him. Hitler tortured the Russians. If the Russians captured him, he knew that he would be tortured by them also. His remains were hidden from the Russians. One thing that is unknown, is that Hitler had a lot of body doubles because he was alot of armies main target. It could have been one of his doubles, so that he could be protected. -
World War 2 ends
World War 2 ended because Germany surrendered to the Western Allies and the Soviet Union. Like a few weeks later, Adolf Hitler commited suicide. Germany lost World War Two. Hitler saw that he wasn't sucessful.
