    The act forbids the unfair treatment of employees by employers. It was amended many times to raise minimum wage.

    These laws were part of FLSA. Anyone under 15 cannot work in a factory or during school hours.

    Banned unfair treatment of workers over 40. Made everyone equal no matter the age

    Banned discrimination of US citizens born outside of the USA. Can have criminal penalties for giving unfair treatment.

    Prohibits the non employment of citizens with a disability. Public transportation must be useable for disabled too.

    This administration created Child Labor Laws. They also created a set wage and hours.

    American Job Act
    Puts more people back to work. Made by President Obama
  • OSHA

    OSHA
    Must have caution signs when working will involve dangerous working conditions. Will have inspectors make sure area is under code.
