    Fall of the Roman Empire
    The Visigoths destroyed their way through Rome, leaving a mess behind. The "fall of the empire" refers to the western part of Rome being demolished by the different tribes. The religion of Christianity grew during this time and became one of the most common religions.

    The Middle Ages

    The Middle Ages, also known as the Dark Ages, was a time span that began with the Fall of the Roman Empire and ended with the Rise of the Ottoman Empire. This lasted about 1000 years. The reason they called it the Dark Ages was because there was no progress in Europe, the plague was affecting everyone, and crusades were creating issues for the country.

    The French Revolution lasted for about 10 long years. During this time, there were 3 different estates that people were involved in. Most of the citizens were members of the Third Estate, which were the commoners. The Revolution came to an end when a general, named Napoleon, overthrew the government.

It was known as a chain of events that just led to a major war.

    On Christmas day, the Soviet Union formed into 15 different countries. Once the oil and gas prices of the SU decreased, the USSR began to slowly lose control of Eastern Europe. Gorbachev was partially responsible for the collapse of the Soviet Union because he realized that there were problems, but never fixed them.
