    Marijuana

    The fist of many cannabis plants evolved from Central Asia. The history of it starts back to about 12,000 years ago!
  • Cocaine

    In 1906, violence was started over the drug against African Americans. White people had started to riot because of the crimes the "black fiends" were committing while using the drug.
  • Alcohol Temperance Movement

    Movement ranks were most likely filled by women, mostly with children, who endured effects of unbridled drink by their men.

    China was the largest economy in the world for many centuries until these two wars, naming it the Century of Humiliation.

    It was used for medicine in the 1920's for things like hay-fever and asthma because it dilated the bronchial sacs and was good for clearing passageways to better breathing.
