    U.S. Supreme Court case that clarified procedures related to discipline regarding students with disabilities. This case involved two students that were expelled because of disruptive and violent behaviors related to their disability. The ruling led to increased procedures designed to protect students with disabilities later updated to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Reference:
