Determine how to create an effective curriculum for educating students about empathy and compassion
Search for books, videos, articles, and other resources that can be used as part of the empathy curriculum
Create scenarios for the students to read and analyze
Create assessments for the students to determine whether or not they are learning more about empathy and compassion -

Observe student behavior after completing curriculum -
Provide information, strategies, and resources for parents
Make the curriculum available for all teachers to use as a resource for students exhibiting a lack of empathy or compassion for others
Provide community centers, libraries, and other youth centers access to the curriculum to help educate the community about empathy and compassion -
Students exhibit a better understanding of empathy and compassion
Students are able to demonstrate behaviors that indicate they understand more about empathy and compassion
Students have less empathy and compassion related discipline infractions
