This massacre was when American solider's opened fire on several hundred women and children. There were 300-500 women and children killed. -

All males that where over the age of 18 had register for the military. Many college students had problems with this because that was the typical age that you went to college. -
Kent State Massacre
Students were protesting the war, while they where protesting President Nixon send soliders to Kent State. There was some confusion between the students and the army, the solider's fired their rifles and killed 4 students and injuried many more. -

These where pentagon papers that where released to the public. These papers had the history of the US government involvment in Vietnam -
26th ammendment
This was that if you where over the age of 18 you could vote. -

This at said that a president has to tell congress withing 48 hours of sending troops into hostile areas.
