Jan 30, 1968 The Vietcong launch the Tet offensive Jul 8, 1969 U.S. troops begins to withdraw Apr 30, 1970 President Nixon sends troops to Cambodia May 4, 1970 Ohio National Guards kill 4 Students. 4 were killed and 9 were injured. Oct 24, 1970 South Vietnamese troops begin a new offensive into Cambodia. Jan 27, 1973 Americna involvement ends U.S signs a cease fire with North Vietnam, ending American involvement.
