  • Pac-Man

    A missing slice of pizza inspired Namco's Toru Iwatani to create Pac-Man. It was the first arcade hit to appear on a home console. Ms. Pac-Man became the best-selling arcade game of all time to strike a blow for gender equality.
  • Mario

    Shigeru Miyamoto created the character, Mario who was featured in Nintendo Donkey Kong and became the star of a later game by Nintendo.
