    Nine African-American students were the first to integrate in Little Rock, Arkansas, the most racist city of the state. They had armed guards from the United States Army due to riots and death threats towards them.

    Neil Armstrong landed on the moon, being the first man, but not the first living being, that landed on the moon. He said the famous quote, "One small step for man, One giant leap for mankind."
