Keating-owen Child labor Act
Prohibits the shipment, delivery, or transportaion of manufactured goods produced by laborers under 14 in a factory, shop and mine at the age of 16. This Act limited the hours at which children would work, creating a new concern for labor laws with children. -
The 18th Amendment
Prohited the making, tranportating, and selling of alcoholic beverages in hopes of reducing crime and corruption. Prohibiting alcholic beverages saw related deaths decline. -

The 19th Amendment is held to be significant because it allowed Women a granted right to vote. -
