We had many strategies in Vietnam. One was to use lots of bombing runs. We also used lots of convential warfare with the inclusion of the new napalm bombs. We also tried to put a puppet democratic leader in power in South Vietnam. -

Strengths: The had massive support from the younger generation. It caused an change in ideals from many Americans which in result changed many view of Americans.

The Vietnam war costed the U.S. many long term effects. One would be that these veterans would not be the same as the other. There will be many cases of PTSD. There was many major changes that resulted from events in the Civil Rights Movement. African Americans gained their rights to vote. Brown vs. board of education: banned racial segregation in public schools. This sprung up hot debates about the busing situation intergrated or separate. -

They gained lots of things like the desegragation of schools and other facilities but they also had many problems. Many people were still raciest about the minorities in America which caused they to still be put down even though they had their rights. -
