Bella runs into Edward again in the school office, where he's trying to switch his schedule around so he can avoid having class with Bella.

The next day, Edward isnt at school. A couple days later, Edward still hasn't returned to school. The next week Edward is back. Bella catches his eye in the lunchroom.

Edward in biology class accidently touches her during lab, his fingers are icy cold.

The next day, it's snowing outside and the school parking lot is slippery. So slippery that Tyler loses control of his van and starts sliding toward Bella.

Bella and Edward go to the hospital after the accident. Edward doesn't have any bruises on his body, Bella's doctor Mr.Cullen, Edward's adoptive father let's Bella leave.

Bella admits that's she's trying to figure out what Edward is, she hasn't forgotten his super speed or super strength on the day he saved her from Tyler's van.
