The Watergate scandal was a political scandal. Mnay burglars were arrested inside the Democratic Nation Committee. It was a different kind of robbery. The burglars were connected with Richard Nixon’s reelection. The burglars were caught on tape doing things that burglars don’t usually do on tape.

Richard M. Nixon was the vice president for President Dwight D. Eisenhower for 1953 to 1961. A year later, in 1962, Nixon ran for Governor of California, which was not successful. The largest reason for Nixon resigning office is that the Watergate break-in was all about trying to re-elect Nixon.

Challenger Disaster
After 73 seconds of the Challenger being flown, the space shuttle exploded. There was know way to survive due to the fact that there was no escape system and the ocean surface was ws too fatal anway. In effect, all seven passengers lost their lives. The debris of the space shuttle is in the Atlantic Ocean, off the coast of central Flordia. The solid rocket booster (SRB) failed immediately at liftoff. -
