  • Drinking and vege options

    Send out a survey to see if people drink or not, and whether they would like a vegetarian/vegan option
  • Sponsors

    Send in a full list of potential sponsors or partners, including those who may offer food/ merch/ etc..
  • Teasers and marketing

    Teaser and marketing ideas in addition to FB event should be done. The first teaser should be out
  • Contacting new sponsors (deadline undecided)

    Have contacted all the sponsors and have potential deals from them
  • Food and alcohol

    We must have secured a deal for food/supplies for food (if we cook). Take alcohol and vegetarian options into consideration based on previously sent out survey
  • Projector/ speakers/ Mics/ etc..

    If the venue cannot provide us with these elements, then these should be done and dealt with by this time.
  • Merch designs

  • Venue must be done

    We have to have a deal which has been approved by EB, and we have to set it in stone with the venue people
  • Transportation

    We have to have settled a deal with a bus company for the day of the conference and the next day
  • Booklet

    The booklet containing all of the details needs to be sent out
  • Application

    The application should be sent out by this date, deadline should be set at the 17th.
