Cellphone Incident
I attempted to lay the hammer down and tell a student they needed to give me their cellphone. When the student would not give me the phone, I proceeded to take it out of their hand. She then told me "Don't you dare snatch nothing out of my hand again." My mentor teacher was at a meeting. When we talked on the phone he said that I need to be careful of doing that. I now tell students if they do not wish to give me their phones, they can choose to go to the office and give it to the principal. -
